Where do I type in my card's serial number for registration?

You don’t need to type in your card's serial number anywhere. Register online using the phone number you gave to the cashier when you first picked up your card. It will connect automatically.

How do I change my phone number?

Unfortunately, you can't at the moment. If you’d like to register your rewards card to a different phone number, you’ll have to pick up a new one.

How do I change my email?

Sign in to your account.

Click on your name at the top right corner.

Click on "Update Email."

Type in your new email and select "Submit."

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on “Sign In” at the top right corner.

Click on the “Forgot password?” link and follow instructions to reset your password.

I just took a card from one of the Vicinity locations, how do I register it?

If you picked up a rewards card without providing your phone number at the store, you’re probably holding a blank card. Take that card to any Vicinity location, hand it to the cashier after you make your purchase, and give the cashier your phone number. This will activate your Vicinity rewards card.

How do I see my points?

Sign in to your account at www.vicinityrewards.ca. Or download our app on your mobile device to view your points earned per business.
