Where can I get a Vicinity card?

You can pick up a free Vicinity rewards card at any of our partnering locations. You can find a list of businesses near you on the Find Locations page.

How do I use my card?

Every time you stop in at a Vicinity location, hand your card to the cashier or waiter. They’ll give you points for your purchase and you’ll be on your way to earning rewards.

If you forget your rewards card, don’t worry. Simply provide the phone number you registered with and you’ll receive your points.

How do I know if I earned a reward?

We’ll notify you in one of the following ways depending on your preference:

Email: If you registered your rewards card online using a valid email address, you'll receive an email.

Text: If you registered your rewards card to your mobile phone number, you'll receive a text.

In person: If we can't reach you by email or text, the store cashier will tell you that you have a reward available during your next visit.

How do I redeem a reward?

Next time you visit your favourite Vicinity location, hand the cashier your card (or give them your phone number) and you will be notified about your reward automatically. You can choose to redeem at that time or wait for a future visit.

I lost my card. How do I get a replacement?

Ask for a new rewards card at any Vicinity location and register it to the same phone number that your last card was connected to. Remember, if you don’t feel like carrying around a card, you can always use your phone number to earn your points and redeem rewards.
